One year ago, Dr. Rob Jackson hit the ground running as the new superintendent of Buncombe County Schools, conducting a “listening and learning” tour of all 45 schools, hosting parent and community meetings, and working with all our stakeholders to strengthen the district’s responsiveness to student and staff needs.
“It’s been an amazing first year,” Dr. Jackson said. “I can’t wait, because I know that this year will be even better as we continue to climb to greater heights.”
