Jazz Band 2

Students begin instruction in the sixth grade and are required to practice daily. Cane Creek Band students have a tradition of excellence and strive to be the best instrumental musicians possible. Since the schools inception in 2000 we have placed many students in All County Band, All District Band, and All State Band. Large ensembles have received many superior ratings at state sponsored festivals and students have received numerous superiors at the western district solo and ensemble competition.

For a complete list of chronological accolades please visit here.

It is the Cane Creek goal that students receive training on the instrument of their choice that will provide a lifetime of musical experiences that enrich the human spirit and stimulate intellectual growth. Through the pursuit of this goal we will all come closer to understanding music’s powerful touch in our lives.
